HAVE SOME SHIPPING QUESTIONS?
For International and Domestic orders, USPS First-Class and Priority Mail shipping rates are used. Once you purchase an item you release Dimex Uno from any and all claims if your package is lost, damaged, or stolen. You will not be refunded and your order will not be replaced. For bigger packages we use Priority shipping it’s slightly more costly but is track able and we will insure your order up to $100 should your package be lost or damaged in transit.
Our shipping rates come directly from USPS. We do not add any handling fees. The live rates fluctuate and we have no control of how they adjust. All California residents will incur sales tax as set by the State of California and/or the County to which your delivery will be shipped.
We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Orders are processed Monday thru Friday, 8AM to 3PM PST, excluding major holidays, and are shipped 1-3 business days from when an order is placed. Please allow an additional 1-6 days for delivery in the continental 48 and up to 6 weeks for international shipping address. If you are unsatisfied with the actual transit time, you will unfortunately have to take it up with USPS as we have no control of this.
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. It is up to you to track your package and ensure you are there to receive it.
