Congratulations to the Xoloitzcuintles de Tijuana on taking the Liga MX Cup last night in Toluca, MX. A while back I posted about the time I played against the Third division Xolos team, I saw first hand how dedicated these guys are even in the younger teams. I still have not been to an actual game, maybe this coming season.
The day I visited the famous Casa Azul De Frida Kahlo I was super excited. I finally got to see some of the true possessions of one of my favorite artists, not only that but I actually got to see where she lived. The layout of the house was amazing full of color and Mexican culture all around. Even though this expo is a bit small you can see the true detail of Frida’s fashion style. A little late but finally here. El Primer Ministro by Gerardo Ortiz, honestly one of my favorite jams from his new album, love the story and aggressiveness of the way it is told, this is story telling the fullest. Corridos are evolving and becoming something else and all thanks to the creation style of the new comers to the game. Chekalo.
The Homeless World Cup 2012. WTF. Man I wish I would of played, but it seems like the players in the Seleccion had to go a long way to actually make it in the National Team. I like to post stuff that inspires me to actually keep creating more. This past weekend I watched the movie Skyfall with my girl (who by the way hated it) and loved how the movie begins. The intro had that artistic touch I haven’t seen in a while in movies. The last time I saw something like this was when I saw the movie “Catch me If you can” with Tom Hanks and Leonardo Dicaprio. Just thought I would share it with you guys. Esta perron no?

One of the very classic songs by the Mexican Band Mana. En El Muelle De San Blas, the song about a woman that goes crazy when waiting for her husband that left on a fishing boat and never came back. Pretty sad but cool song. There are many people like this roaming the streets in Mexico and I would love to know more about it. Chekalo.
