Who remembers gearing up for battle when you were a kid? Ready for that mission you were going to go on in order to save the world and all just in time for Dinner. Putting on all of the military style clothing you had in your drawers, pocketing all the different plastic guns, grenades, knives, clips, compasses and bandanas converting you into the elite super soldier you thought you were. Then going off to battle to see that your enemies had bigger guns, bazookas, rifles, AK 47 etc. So you had to think of a way to kill them all before they got to you, that’s when your special ops training came in and you executed everything with perfection. Check out this awesome music video by The Greeks, it’s freackin awesome. Enjoy.
On today’s Sneek Peek marathon we are releasing our new Tank Tops that will be coming out next month, a collection of three designs with the DIMEX Stilo. So keep a look out for it. Chido.
I already started working on the new collection for this summer. Same style, better design and like always the best quality possible. Here’s a sneek peek for all the loyal fans. Enjoy.
The future is almost here. I would definitely do the change since cotton prizes have gone up like crazy these past months. I think Bionic Yarn is the way to go. Check out how the stuff is made. Enjoy.
I got to get me the black one since the goalie kits are so hard to get a hold of. The only thing I don’t like is their new sponsor’s logo in the front,it’s kinda wack.
Amigos, we are cleaning the warehouse so we decided to put some of the items that are almost all gone into our new Clearance section in our Online Store. Check them out and if you like some of these designs make sure to get them since they will not be printed again. Saludos.
What up amigotes, this past Cinco De Mayo we didn’t celebrate it by drinking cervezas or doing an awesome carne asada, instead we went to the annual Cinco De Mayo Festival in Santa Ana, CA for two days. Santa Ana a beautiful windy city, this is DIMEX.
We got there early even though I missed the ramp I was supposed to get, I got to admit it I was a little hung over so I missed the ramp hehe. We got ready and set up everything to meet all the new customers. One thing, it was windy as hell, so a lot of the booths were being blown away.
The show was ready to begin and the smell of Mexican food was taking over the air in the area. I went to the main stage and caught some Ballet Folklorico and some other performances.
As I was walking around I couldn’t help to notice all of the advertising going on for most of the Mexican restaurants, this one caught my attention a lot not only since the Raspados looked so good but because the design was actually descent, hehe.
As I kept looking around I bumped into this huge monument of the Tajin chili powder, if you are a huge fan of pico de gallos and I’m not talking about the salsa you know what I’m talking about. Imagine a huge Batalla float like this at our new DIMEX store.
So enough of the walking around, it’s time to do some work. Julian got a kick on passing flyers out, he didn’t want to stop, I promise I didn’t make him, hehe. Here he is rocking our new Fresh Tlaloc Tee For Kids. Available at the DIMEX store.
So as the day passed I thought our back part of our booth looked a little boring so I decided to add some nice decoration to it. Don’t mind the top sign.
Julian was getting down, he was running out of flyers fast and was going back and getting some more. Do work Son, literally.
Our booth was looking fly as always, and introduced the new sticker pack to the Santa Ana Peeps.
As the day kept moving on I decided to visit the main stage again, and to my surprise Banda Estrella Dorada was playing, so I stayed while I waited for my pizza from the Pizza Loca to be made. They played El Niño Perdido while I was there.
I came back and Julian was still doing his thing with the supervision of his mommy, hehe.
After passing god know how many flyers Julian was beat and had to take a well deserved nap. His made up bed honestly looked really comfortable by now.
Yo Digo Baila, Tu Dices Dance. One of my favorite songs MIS performed, this dude was rocking the drum set.
I don’t know why but his music made me think about all the cumbiamberos from Mexico city and Chico Che, who knows what brought this to my attention hehe.
Next was Ozomatli, while they played all their hits I was trying to get a little bit closer to take better shots of them, by the time I did, they started playing La Cumbia De Los Muertos.
CUMBIA, CUMBIA, PERO QUE BUENA…
By the end of the show we were all beat and ready to head home. I want to thank all the people who came by the booth and purchased our message, our brand lives through you guys, deveras gracias.
