HUNTING FOR PARTS

Shopping around yesterday for the construction of my costume this years costume I couldn’t help to notice how cool some of these gadgets they sell are. The decorations are becoming more realistic and scarier, but it’s all for the good of Halloween. Why so much interest in this holiday, I don’t know, I think it’s because when you dress up you become something else, something you have always wanted to be or be part of.

HALLOWEEN MEMORIES

Every year I like to dress up as something new, something out there and everything made from scratch. What’s funner then creating your own costume specially when the costume you want to wear is not at your local Halloween Store, hehe. Check these three costumes I have created in the past three years. I have dressed from Comandante Marcos back in 2001, A Masked Luchador in his night get up, an Aztec emperor, An Aztec god Tlaloc, Emiliano Zapata and last year I dressed as a Tapatio bottle. Ahhh, I love Halloween.

DIMEX AT THE FESTIVAL

This past Sunday we got invited to be part of the Cardenas Annual Festival at the Auto Club Speed Way. We were happy to to take our brand to such a big event and share the message with the many Cardenas loyal customers. Cardenas story is much like other stories about the hard working young business owner sacrificing everything to fund his own dream, a dream that now is a chain of a lot of Cardenas Markets all over Southern California. We got to enjoy some really good food and listen to some great music while we go to meet a lot of new DIMEX costumers, Aghh I love my job. Here are a couple of shots we took while working hard, hehe.
