FUMA HATS

1_0 What up guys, Merry late Christmas I hope everyone got what they desired over the weekend and spent the holidays with your loved ones. Last time that I went to the Nahui Ohlin store I picked up one of these hats by FUMA an LA based Graffiti artist whose characters are sick, specially this one of Quetzalcoatl. Just thought I’d share it with you and maybe you can pick one up at the Nahui Ohlin store in Los Angeles. Other then that saludos and make sure you save some menudo or tamales for the homie DIMEX on this New Years. The Known Universe

In reality we are smaller then we think. Our known universe is so huge. What will we find next? Newer galaxies, life on other planets, space travel at light speed and SPPAAAAAACK!!! Sorry about that but the movie Star Trek really changed the way I see space. Enjoy it, it’s beautiful.

Las Pochadas at Mi Vida: Recap

So we headed to Pasadena and got lost as usual, damn first generation Iphone it sucks (No GPS) Got there and set up, got the stuff ready since we were going to “Rematar” everything.Ashley was acting stupid as usual, but got serious and starting helping.Stephanie also came she helped us with the setup and the tear down, she was rocking El Calendario.They were both eating all the snacks, just kidding, Jessenia was.The art pieces were sick with a bunch of up and coming artist like Chavacana Mil Caras, John Carlos De Luna, Wenceslao Quiroz, Danny Escalante and Erick Huerta. Here’s Jake Prendez founder of Puro Pedo Magazine and a huge DIMEX supporter. Overall the show was sick got to meet new Dimex Supporters and friends. Mi Vida in Pasadena is also carrying DIMEX from now on so if you are close by hit it up for some new gear.

Redemption 2: Recap

We also stopped by Nahui Ohlin, the show was about to begin, so we setup and stared the show.Happy Soul started the performance with some cool relaxing music.Then Quese IMC dropped it on the Mic.The show was good we got to eat some Indian Tacos, Tamales con Champurrado, and drank some Tecate beer. I got to catch up with Ernesto from Hecho Con Ganas, we talked about all his upcoming events, which are dope, (More to come on that). After the show was done we said our goodbyes and left LA. I was falling asleep behind the wheel, no one was talking to me so I started listening to some Roberto Tapia y sus Corridos. We finally got home at around 2 AM, my mom was preparing the Tamales for Christmas, Yes It’s that time again.
