Nahui Ohlin Store-Los Angeles
So on my way to Norwalk to take care of some business (I’ll post about that later) I got super lost and Jessenia was making fun of me as usual. Even-though my phone has a map that tells you where to go, I still got lost. Stupid Map source sent me somewhere else. I need to start getting used to the city life since I plan on moving down there, so I need to learn how to get around LA without wasting my time by getting lost. So after I took care of business, I decided to drop by The Nahui Ohlin Store AKA Insurgentes in Los Angeles.
When we got there I parked in some Asian Market and wasn’t to sure if to leave my care there so I moved it and parked somewhere else. As we walked Inside we saw everything from clothing, to jewelry, cd’s, bags and lot’s of accessories. I loved the layout of the shop, it had a very relaxing ambient along with some good old incense sticks burning in the background.
I was looking Mr. Botan the original creator of the Chavo del Ocho Skull that you see everywhere. But he wasn’t in and had just missed him, luckily his wife was there so we decided to stay a bit and catch up on the latest in the industry.
We started talking about how much bootleg tees have affected the industry and how so many companies start up and die off in one or two years.
Time flies by when you are having fun and when the conversations are interesting, but we had to take off so we said our goodbyes and promised to come back soon.

After that we had some dinner at a local Taqueria in the same street owned by a Salvadorian family, let me tell you “their Carne Asada was extremely good”.

Today’s The Day-Mexico vs Honduras

So today is the day, the National Soccer decides it’s faith towards the 2010 World Cup. They have to face an Honduran team that truly wants to disqualify Mexico out of the competition, and guess what? Now they have the chance. All they have to do is beat them in their own home field in their own country around their own people. They have every advantage a team needs, now all they have to do is beat them down.
But We still have to see about that, Mexico fights to the end specially in tough games like this one. I can’t see my National Team just get out of the party like this. So tonight at 4:00 PM Pacifit time , Im going to grab my cheves, unas papitas, and put on my 1999 Mexican Jersey because today it’s going to be the day when we beat Honduras “No dis-respect” and stroll into the World Cup like always. So if you are a true fan, you stop everything your doing and sit in-front of you TV until the clock hits the ninety minute mark.

So I started to get my designs for the 09 release ready for print. I was just testing the quality in the halftones so it doesn’t look gay, but from my point of view it’s looking sick so far. Now we got to see how the printers do.
I can’t wait to see the results, these shirts are going to be super high quality at a reasonable prize for the new and loyal fans of DIMEX. With the smooth Discharge effect on the image and the great message, here is one of the steps to the road into screening tees. I hope you guys like it.

‘The Wolfman’ Full Body Shot (as Articulated Plastic)
JAJA..This movie is going to be sick.
Only a couple shots of Benicio Del Toro in full Wolfman makeup (see: above) have been released thus far, and, though terrifying, they’ve both been of only the face. But we, the internet-savvy, know you can’t trust headshots. We need to see your body, Wolfman, and you need to be holding up a little sign with your screen name on it so we know it’s really you.
